Job summary

The Salvation Army Greensboro is seeking a dedicated Life Management Counselor to manage an assigned caseload within an established life management program. You will create comprehensive plans, counsel clients, and advocate for services to help them cope with their environment.

You will coordinate with external resources, monitor progress, and ensure funding requirements are met while documenting outcomes and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible direct case management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops long-term action plans and counsels clients.
• Outsources to additional resources and coordinates with external professionals.
• Maintains accurate case notes and documents progress and outcomes.
• Represents the client as liaison to community agencies and services.
