Job summary

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, at least three years' experience in case management, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Three years of progressively responsible experience in direct case management.
• Valid State Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Interview clients to determine eligibility for assistance based on program guidelines.
• Develop long-term program goals and monitor progress with counseling sessions.
• Maintain case records and enter data into the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS).
