Job summary

The Salvation Army in Greensboro, NC is seeking a Regular Full Time Case Manager to support an assigned caseload within a life management program. You will interview clients, develop and monitor long-term plans, coordinate services, and advocate for access to resources while ensuring funding requirements are met.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field, and at least three years of direct case management experience, plus a valid State Driver's

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Behavioral Science, or related field.
• Three years progressively responsible experience providing direct case management services including developing individual recovery plans.
• Equivalent combination of training and experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Establishes long-term program goals for eligible clients and counsels on behavior modification.
• Outsources to additional counseling resources and coordinates with external professionals.
• Maintains accurate records, documents progress, and enforces house guidelines as needed.
• Facilitates group discussions and individual sessions to promote client growth and motivation.
• Plans and coordinates life management and recovery-related classes and events.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field

Three years direct case management experience

Valid State Driver's License
