Job summary

Brobston Group LLC in Chicago seeks a Client Advisor to deliver memorable in-store experiences while achieving sales targets and contributing to boutique objectives.

You will develop clients through clienteling and omnichannel engagement, represent the brand in the boutique and support daily store operations and merchandising.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail and strong selling skills (discovery, presentation, upselling, closing).
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus; excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with digital retail tools and front/back systems.

Summary

The Client Advisor is a performance-driven salesperson who delivers memorable in-store experiences while achieving individual sales targets and contributing to boutique objectives. The role focuses on client development through clienteling and omnichannel engagement, represents the brand in and outside the boutique, and supports daily store operations and visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Drive boutique sales by meeting individual KPIs (traffic, conversion, ASP, mix) and supporting team targets.
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through proactive outreach, appointments, and personalized clienteling.
• Communicate brand story, product features, and technical details to clients to inspire trust and close sales.
• Execute visual merchandising, window animation, and product presentation to maintain brand standards.
• Perform daily retail operations including inventory, cash handling, security, store opening/closing and maintenance.
• Use retail systems (CEGID, Salesforce) and coordinate aftersales processes until return of the product.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail and strong selling skills (discovery, presentation, upselling, closing).
• Knowledge of watches, lifestyle trends, and interest in brand DNA and collections.
• Understanding of sales and clienteling KPIs and familiarity with digital retail tools and front/back systems.
• Fluent in English; additional languages a plus; excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Customer-centric, energetic, adaptable team player who is digitally savvy and self-motivated.
