Job summary

Brobston Group LLC is seeking a Client Advisor for our Aventura store to drive boutique sales and deliver memorable client experiences. The role focuses on achieving individual KPIs through clienteling, omnichannel selling and collaboration with the boutique team.

• Drive sales on the boutique floor by executing discovery, product presentation and closing techniques.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling and appointment management.
• Leverage omnichannel touchpoints and digital tools to maximize client engagement and sales opportunities.
• Support store operations including inventory, cash handling, security, opening/closing and compliance with retail procedures.
• Perform visual merchandising tasks, window animation and product presentation to enhance store experience.
• Coordinate aftersales operations and follow through until client return of the product.

• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive clienteling, outreach and appointment management.
• Leverage omnichannel touchpoints and digital tools to maximize client engagement and sales opportunities.
• Support store operations including inventory, cash handling, security, opening/closing and compliance with retail procedures.
• Perform visual merchandising tasks, window animation and product presentation to enhance store experience.
• Coordinate aftersales operations and follow through until client return of the product.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail, ideally with knowledge or passion for watches.
• Strong selling skills and understanding of sales KPIs, clienteling KPIs and digital tools (eg CEGID, Salesforce).
• Fluent in English and the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Client‑centric mindset with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Energetic, self‑motivated, adaptable team player with a results‑oriented attitude.
