Job summary

Brobston Group LLC on Los Angeles is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver best-in-class service on the boutique floor, by phone, and via electronic communication. You will drive sales, build lasting client relationships, and leverage product knowledge to tell compelling stories, while collaborating with leadership to meet KPIs.

The role includes merchandising support, inventory tasks, and day-to-day boutique duties to ensure a premium client experience.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience, preferably luxury goods.
• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills with a drive for business results.
• Ability to read, count, and write to complete business and client documentation.
• Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals and KPIs (sales volume, UPT, ADS).
• Provide exceptional client service in person, by phone, and electronically; develop a local and international client book.
• Demonstrate product expertise and engage clients through product stories and details.
• Support floor moves, merchandising, visual merchandising, housekeeping, and stock organization.
• Locate merchandise across boutiques and accurately process charge-send sales per company guidelines.
• Participate in inventory and cycle counts and follow operating procedures to protect boutique assets.
• Assist with packing and wrapping merchandise when necessary.

• Proficiency operating necessary equipment such as phone systems, cash register, sensor-tag remover, and computers
