This role engages clients to understand their needs, provides tailored styling advice, manages CRM outreach, and supports daily store operations to meet individual and store targets.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to provide personalized styling advice and an elevated luxury shopping experience
• Use CRM tools to source, build, and maintain long-term client relationships and outreach
• Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets, including participation in commission-driven programs
• Support merchandising, product presentation, and overall maintenance of the shop floor
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and represent the brands history and heritage in client interactions

Requirements
