Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Client Advisor to serve as a brand ambassador at our Scottsdale boutique, delivering exceptional service while achieving personal sales goals. You will build lasting client relationships through product knowledge, storytelling, and personalized styling guidance.

You will collaborate with boutique leadership on client issues, handle floor moves, merchandising tasks, inventory, and ensure a polished, luxury shopping experience for every guest.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of retail sales and client service experience.
• Strong business drive, creativity, fashion interest, communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to provide outstanding service in person, by phone, and through electronic communication.
• Availability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to operate store equipment, stand for extended periods, lift at least 30 pounds, and follow store security procedures.
