• Maintain product knowledge, support inventory activities, and follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds.
• Support visual merchandising standards and contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; relevant client-service experience may be considered.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills, with a client-centric approach.
• Interest in fashion and luxury goods, professional presentation, and proficiency with Microsoft tools.
• English communication skills required; additional languages are preferred.
