Job summary

Nelson Auto Group is seeking a high-energy Client Advisor to guide guests through the car-buying journey in a fast-paced showroom. You will handle calls, emails, appointments, and demonstrations, delivering a pressure-free, informative experience while presenting warranties and protection products.

Responsibilities

• Assist each guest throughout their buying journey from first contact to final delivery.

• Maintain strong knowledge of the dealership’s manufacturer vehicle lineup.
