Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, schedule service appointments, and document vehicle information and concerns.
• Work with technicians to diagnose concerns and test drive vehicles when appropriate.
• Prepare estimates, explain services, and review costs and timelines with customers.
• Monitor repair progress and provide updates throughout the process.
• Coordinate with parts and management to ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and uphold dealership policies.
