Nelson Nissan LLC is seeking a Showroom Coordinator in Broken Arrow, OK. The role focuses on greeting customers, managing the Next Up/CRM workflow, and ensuring smooth showroom operations.

You will train new Client Advisors, monitor staffing ratios, and assist the sales team with deliveries and guest interactions. The position emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic dealership environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets each person entering the store and logs into Next Up and CRM.
• Oversees Next Up operation for accuracy and guest flow.
• Trains new Client Advisors on Next Up system.
• Alerts leadership when Next Up cannot operate due to staffing ratios.
• Observes showroom and lot to anticipate client needs and assist as needed.
• Delivers vehicles to clients and presents protection packages and Nelson Difference.
• Maintains showroom amenities while ensuring guest experience remains strong.
