Qualifications

• Previous Service Advisor, automotive technician, or customer service experience required.
• Previous dealership experience required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of automotive systems or willingness to learn.
• Professional, team-oriented attitude.
• Computer proficiency and ability to learn dealership software systems.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
