Job summary

Brobston Group seeks a Client Advisor to represent Vhernier in its luxury boutique and drive sales while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will build lasting customer relationships through storytelling, clienteling, and CRM tools, supporting daily boutique operations and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; college degree preferred.
• Luxury retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong luxury customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Computer proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; logistics/operations experience.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities
