Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking a highly organized, customer-centric Account Manager to support sales operations, onboard clients, manage accounts, and coordinate accurate, on-time order fulfillment. You will partner with Account Executives, clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service and drive operational excellence.

Must be based in the United States, with preference for candidates in PST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to key accounts and executives
• Support new client onboarding and growth initiatives with Sales
• Generate timely, accurate quotes and manage order placement
• Oversee account management including contract and agreement negotiations
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to forecast stocking needs and delivery schedules
• Advocate for the customer experience and drive remediation when needed
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery of all orders
• Escalate risks appropriately and support resolution efforts
• Participate in security awareness training and comply with company policies
