Job summary

Myriad360 in the United States is seeking a highly organized, customer-centric Account Manager to support sales operations, onboard clients, manage accounts, and coordinate accurate, on-time order fulfillment. You will partner with Account Executives, clients, partners, and internal teams to deliver exceptional service, build long-term relationships, and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Seasoned account manager focused on sales operations and onboarding.
• Experience in preparing quotes and coordinating orders.
• Strong organization and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to key accounts and sponsors.
• Support new client onboarding and growth initiatives with Sales.
• Generate timely, accurate quotes and ensure smooth order processing.
• Oversee customer account management including contract negotiations.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to forecast stocking needs and delivery schedules.
• Act as a client advocate to improve the customer experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery of all orders.
• Escalate risks appropriately and support remediation efforts.
• Complete ongoing security awareness training and uphold company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
