Job summary

Myriad360 is seeking an experienced Account Manager based in the United States. You will partner with Account Executives and clients to provide exceptional post-sale support, onboarding, and accurate quotes to ensure on-time order fulfilment.

You will manage escalations, forecast stocking needs, and advocate for the customer throughout the lifecycle. The role emphasizes collaboration, proactive communication, and adaptability across teams to maintain high satisfaction and renewal potential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in account management, sales ops, or customer success.
• Proven ability to onboard clients, manage renewals, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to key accounts and executives.
• Support client onboarding and growth initiatives with Sales.
• Generate timely, accurate quotes and ensure smooth order processing and fulfilment.
