Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day event operations and staffing at assigned client site.
• Hire, schedule, train, coach, and develop event staff; manage payroll and performance.
• Build and maintain effective client and employee relationships.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals and provide quality service.
• Ensure reporting and contract compliance; communicate issues to the client and team.
• Utilize ABI and WinTeam for scheduling and billing; produce reports for management.
