Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking an Account Manager in Columbus, OH to lead daily security operations and drive client satisfaction. You will supervise security officers and trainers, align staffing with client needs, and ensure safety across sites.

The role emphasizes relationship-building with clients, incident response, and maintaining high service standards in a dynamic environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle while conducting business.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in business operations, security management, or supervising teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in leading, developing, and retaining a dynamic team while building positive client relationships.
• Knowledge of emergency preparedness, physical security protocols, risk assessments, and law enforcement coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling using AI-powered technology to meet client contract hours while minimizing unbilled overtime.
• Lead and develop security teams by hiring, coaching and managing security officers and supervisors while overseeing payroll, performance, and employee relations.
• Enhance client relationships by serving as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-quality service that protects people and property.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies by responding to escalated issues professionally and coordinating with clients and internal teams.
• Direct compliance and security operational excellence by overseeing training, safety, site standards, and inventory management.
