Allied Universal Event Services in Pomona, CA is hiring a Client Account Manager to oversee day-to-day event operations at an assigned account. You will supervise event staff, manage client relationships, and coordinate support services to meet goals.

The role requires strong leadership, scheduling and payroll oversight, and a commitment to safety and service quality across sports stadiums, concerts, and conventions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three years in event management or related.
• Experience hiring, developing, and retaining staff.
• Ability to build relationships with clients and staff.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily event operations and staffing at assigned client site.
• Manage a team of event supervisors and staff including hiring, scheduling, payroll, and training.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and employees.
• Coordinate support services to meet financial and operational goals.
• Ensure contract compliance and reporting requirements.
• Communicate issues and events with the client; handle escalated security matters.
