Job summary

CBRE is seeking an Account Management Manager to lead a small to mid-size team delivering client commitments within Operations Management. You will coordinate staff, supervise performance, and align project work with client expectations.

This role emphasizes managing client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and ensuring service levels meet or exceed contractual obligations while modeling CBRE's RISE values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred.
• Ability to convey performance expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills and inquisitive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide formal supervision to employees, monitor training and development, conduct performance evaluations and coaching, and oversee recruiting and hiring.
• Coordinate and manage the team's daily activities, establish work schedules, assign tasks, cross-train staff, and track deadlines.
• Consult with sales professionals to define project requirements and inform the organization of risks and action plans.
• Assist with coordination of resources to service projects and build strategic operational plans.
• Manage sales relationships with small to medium-sized clients and identify new opportunities.
• Monitor service level performance and present findings to senior management.
• Prioritize open issues and serve as a point of contact for key systems and processes.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values; align with department objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues.
