Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at the clinician practice and verify personal information, insurance, and payment details.
• Schedule appointments and confirm benefits and eligibility.
• Manage changes, cancellations, and no-shows per process.
• Assist clients, families, and staff to resolve issues during visits.
• Collect payments, issue receipts, and record transactions.
• Verify referrals and coordinate with electronic medical records system.
• Answer calls and provide leadership feedback on services.
• Maintain welcoming reception area and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
