Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for clients, resolving queries and directing requests.
• Stay informed about products and services to communicate benefits and usage.
• Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships.
• Address complaints promptly and professionally and escalate when needed.
• Streamline internal processes to improve efficiency and client experience.
• Gather client feedback and relay improvement suggestions to internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client expectations and progress.
• Monitor client data and generate reports on performance metrics.
