Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients at the clinician practice and verify personal information, insurance, and payment details.
• Schedule clinicians' appointments and confirm benefits and eligibility.
• Manage appointment changes, cancellations, and no-shows per process.
• Assist clients, families, and staff to resolve issues during visits.
• Maintain and process client health records and referrals as needed.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and record transactions accurately.
