Burrell Behavioral Health is seeking a Client Access Representative to provide frontline service in a clinician office with high client contact. You will schedule appointments, verify information and insurance, collect co-pays, and manage patient records in the EMR system.

Strong communication and multitasking are essential in this role. The position emphasizes excellent guest relations, handling stressful encounters with professionalism, and supporting leadership with smooth office operations

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to multitask.
• Able to work as part of a team and stay organized.
• Typing proficiency and computer literacy are essential.
• Reliable transportation to the assigned area.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clients, collect payments and maintain current paperwork.
• Verify information, insurance and collect co-payments when applicable.
• Enter data into EMR and verify referrals.
• Answer phone system and direct calls as needed by leadership.
• Provide excellent guest relations and assist with problem resolution.
• Maintain waiting area appearance and assist with basic office duties.
