Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clinicians’ appointments and manage cancellations/no-shows.
• Verify client information, insurance, and payment methods.
• Collect co-payments and process payments; issue receipts.
• Enter data into EMR and maintain client records.
• Answer phone system and route calls to appropriate areas.
• Assist with referrals and coordinate paperwork as needed.
