Job summary

Centerstone in Versailles, MO is seeking a Client Access Representative to join the Client Access department. The role focuses on welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, verifying information and insurance, and ensuring accurate records in our EMR system.

You will interact with clients, families and staff, handle no-shows and referrals, manage payments, and maintain service quality while delivering friendly, professional service in a busy clinic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage no-shows, reschedules, and patient communications with care.
• Answer phone system and direct calls; assist leadership as needed.
• Maintain waiting area and office equipment knowledge.
