Job summary

Centerstone is seeking a Client Access Representative to float among multiple Columbia, MO clinics. The role emphasizes scheduling, payment collection, and accurate client paperwork in a high-volume healthcare environment.

You will greet clients, verify personal and insurance information, manage co-pays, and use EMR systems while maintaining exceptional guest relations and teamwork across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience.
• Background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check.
• Relias training at start of employment and annually thereafter.
• Current driver’s license with acceptable driving record and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Schedule clinicians’ appointments and verify insurance and benefits.
• Verify patient information and collect co-payments as applicable.
• Answer phones and direct calls to appropriate areas.
• Enter data into electronic medical records and maintain client paperwork.
• Handle scheduling changes, no-shows, and billing adjustments as needed.
