Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and verify personal information and payment details.
• Schedule clinicians’ appointments and verify benefits/eligibility.
• Handle cancellations and no-shows per policy.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and balance daily cash vs. transactions.
• Assist with maintaining client health records and referrals.
• Answer phones and direct calls; support front-desk operations.
