Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule clients and manage clinician appointments.
• Verify personal information, payment method and insurance.
• Collect co-payments when applicable and enter data into the system.
• Answer phones and route calls to appropriate areas.
• Maintain client health records and ensure paperwork is complete.
• Balance daily cash amounts with transactions and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate referrals and assist with problem resolution for clients.
