Responsibilities

• Scans service, parts, and sales documents into shared network.
• Prepare documents in chronological order prior to scanning.
• Files physical documents once scanned, in alphabetical order.
• Understands federal and state laws regarding privacy and confidentiality.
• Completes tasks in a timely manner.
• Assists with clerical duties as requested.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.
