Job summary

Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville is seeking a detail-oriented clerical scanner to support service, parts, and sales documentation workflow in a fast-paced dealership environment in Roseville, California.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass pre-employment testing. Duties include document scanning, organizing files, and basic clerical support with a professional appearance.

• Scans service, parts, and sales documents into shared network.
• Prepare documents in chronological order prior to scanning into database.
• Files physical documents once scan is complete in alphabetical order.

• Completes tasks in a timely manner.
• Assists with clerical duties as requested.
• Maintains a professional appearance.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Pay Scale: Hourly wages are between $18.50 - 19.00 Schedule: Monday - Friday

Duties include but are not limited to:

Scans service, parts, and sales documents into shared network.

Prepare documents in chronological order prior to scanning into database.

Files physical documents once scan is complete in alphabetical order.

Understands federal and state laws regarding privacy and confidentiality.
