Job summary

Future Ford Lincoln of Roseville is hiring motivated Retail Sales Representatives to join our growing team in Northern California. You will greet customers in the showroom, guide them through the vehicle purchase process, conduct demonstrations, and work with management to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Pay Scale

Base hourly rate of $16.90, plus substantial commission opportunities based on performance and other factors.

Most Sales Representatives earn between $5,00 and $12,000 per month, with higher earnings during peak and record-breaking sales periods.
