WillScot is seeking a Product Sales Manager to maximize revenue for the Clearspan Structures portfolio across assigned accounts and territories. You will drive growth through strategic sales, consultative solutions, and strong relationship management with customers and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes field visits, outbound prospecting, and efficient inbound conversion while aligning with operations and product teams to deliver tailored, value-added solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 5 years of outbound sales experience focused on tangible technical products or solution selling.
• Willingness and ability to travel 25%-40% across the US.
• Strong communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom/Teams).
• Preference for college degree and experience with tented fabric/temporary structures is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Drive core product revenue and value-added revenue within Clearspan Structures lines.
• Spend ~50% of time on customer visits and account development; 25% on outbound prospecting; 25% on inbound conversion.
• Achieve KPI goals for calls, quotes, activations, volume, revenue and VAP penetration.
• Present capabilities and interpret customer scope; produce quotations and bid packages with technical bid packages.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development and operations to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services.
