Delaware Nation Investments/Emerging Technologies seeks a Desktop Support Specialist to manage IT support across deployments, imaging, domain joins, and end-user services. You will deliver and troubleshoot client systems, configure applications, and maintain printers and file shares within a security-conscious environment.

Qualifications

Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one.
CompTIA Security+ certification.
Experience in IT service desk and desktop support.

Responsibilities

Deploy and configure client systems across the lifecycle.
Image and deploy with WDS/PXE.
Join client systems to a Windows domain.
Deliver client systems to users.
Backup and restore user profiles.
Configure user-facing applications.
Troubleshoot client systems and peripherals.
Set up printers and file shares.
Provide general user application support.
