Job summary
Delaware Nation Investments/Emerging Technologies seeks a Help Desk Specialist to support AFRL IT services from deployment to remnant security, handling incidents on base. You will join the User Services/Comm Focal Point team, performing client system deployment, imaging, domain joins, troubleshooting, and printer/file share support.
Requirements include an active Secret clearance or ability to obtain one, and certifications such as Security+, Network+, or A+.
Qualifications
- Client system deployment tasks for IT environments.
- Imaging with WDS/PXE and deploying to domains.
- Joining client systems to Windows domains and configuring profiles.
- Delivery and handoff of client systems.
- Backup/restore of user profiles and settings.
- Configuration of user-facing applications for end users.
- Troubleshooting of client systems and endpoints.
- Printer and file share connectivity troubleshooting.
- General troubleshooting of user-facing applications.
Responsibilities
- Provide help desk support for IT incidents on base.
- Perform client system deployment, imaging, and domain joins.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with printers, file shares, and apps.
- Assist with network and enterprise service support as needed.
