Job summary

Touro College & University System seeks an IITS Support Technician to deliver on-site and remote assistance for faculty, staff, and students across instructional technologies and AV systems.

The role involves maintaining classroom tech, coordinating events, and using ServiceNow to track requests while collaborating with campus IT teams and supporting growth of university technology resources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 2+ years of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, networking, classroom tech, and AV systems.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot classroom and event AV equipment and cabling.
• Log and track requests using ServiceNow and coordinate with technology teams.
• Assist users with hybrid learning and conference technologies in classrooms and meeting spaces.
