Job summary

Fortech Solutions Inc. seeks an IT/IS Technician to deliver on-site and remote IT/IS services, address technical concerns, troubleshoot issues, and actively monitor systems for peak performance.

You will collaborate with AV technicians to ensure seamless integration and support AV projects from setup to optimization. Requirements include an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and at least 2 years of IT support experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of IT support experience, preferably in AV or tech.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS and Linux.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site and remote IT/IS support to clients.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Actively monitor client systems for performance and security.
• Assist in setup and configuration of IT infrastructure for AV projects.
