Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in IT or related field (or equivalent experience) required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
• Foundational IT certifications such as CompTIA A+ or Network+ preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical support to students, faculty, and staff for computer hardware, software, networking, classroom technology, and AV systems.
• Supports operation, maintenance, setup, and troubleshooting of AV equipment in classrooms, meeting rooms, event spaces, and other shared technology areas.
• Prepares, supports, records, edits, and posts events, ensuring audio, video, presentation, and conferencing systems are configured and functioning.
• Assist students, faculty, staff, and presenters with classroom, hybrid learning, meeting, and event technology.
