Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in a related field with 1 year of AV experience.
• High school diploma or GED plus post-secondary coursework in CS/IT and 1 year related experience.
• After completing an Associates Degree in MIS or related field with 3 years of related experience, reassignment may occur.

Responsibilities

• Provides comprehensive assistance to faculty, staff, and presenters in technology-enhanced classrooms.
• Responds rapidly to incidents and closes requests per SLAs.
• Operates and troubleshoots computers, display devices, control systems, and audio/video routing.
• Performs regular inventory checks and recommends upgrades.
• Uses remote support tools to address issues in hybrid environments.
• Maintains and updates classroom and open computer labs; ensures safety and security.
