Our fleet features safe Volvo tractors equipped with modern amenities, offering high miles, consistent paychecks, and solid home time. Equipment

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760 trucks, automatic transmission
• Ergonomically designed seats and optimized steering
• 70" L / 96" W sleepers

Pay

Starting pay ranges from .55cpm to .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional compensation is available for detention, layovers, and other load-specific factors. Average weekly pay ranges from $2,600 to $3,200, paid weekly via direct deposit. We ensure prompt payment — work this week, get paid next.

Home Time

Drivers typically get 2 full days off after working 12-14 days within our operating area. Some drivers may stay out longer and receive up to 4 days off, with home time agreed upon prior to hiring in writing. We accommodate special events and appointments when possible, though drivers do not accrue days off weekly.

Loads & Routes

Most freight (98%) originates in Missouri, with over half being drop-and-hook. The rest involves one pick-up and one drop-off. We primarily haul dry van (palletized) and reefer (climate-controlled) loads, avoiding slaughterhouses, fresh meat, ports, and borders. Routes are mainly in the US middle corridor, with no routes in NY City or west of Denver, CO. We utilize major highways and contracted freight, with no dedicated routes. Fueling is available at Pilot/Flying J stations.

Additional Policies

• Rider policy: 1 passenger aged 12 or older, available from day 1
• Canine policy: $500 fee per pet, with a weekly deduction of $100 until paid off; allows for 2 small or 1 large dog, no cats, reptiles, or birds
