Class A CDL OTR High Mile Drivers

Climate Express has been moving full truckloads of freight across the United States for 29 years! Our 200 company drivers keep families supplied with essential household goods. We operate safe Volvo tractors with modern features, offering high miles, consistent paychecks, and solid home time. We are a team. We are strong. Together we can get things done.

Equipment

- 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic trucks. Features include ergonomic seats, optimal steering, 70" L /96" W sleepers, pull-out tabletop, large built-in refrigerators, auxiliary power units with 3500W inverter, dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios, right way scales, Elite Pass for scales, tolls, and bridges. On-site repair facility and wash bay available.

Pay

- Starting pay: .55cpm - .58cpm, paid on practical miles whether loaded or empty. Additional pays for detention, layover, and other factors. Average weekly pay: $2600-$3200. Paid weekly via direct deposit. No hold back.

Home Time

- Drivers typically get 2 full days off after 12-14 days out within our operating area. Some may stay out longer for additional compensation. Home time is confirmed prior to hiring and can be adjusted for special events or appointments.

Loads & Routes

- 98% of freight originates in Missouri. Over 55% is drop and hook. Other loads include 1 pick-1 drop, dry van, and reefer trailers. Routes mainly in the US middle corridor, avoiding NY City, ports, and borders. No dedicated routes; mostly contracted freight. Fueling at Pilot/Flying J stations.

Rider & Pet Policies

- 1 passenger aged 12 or older, available from day 1. Pet policy: $500 fee for 2 small or 1 large dog; deduction of $100 weekly until paid; non-refundable once placed. No cats, reptiles, or birds allowed.
