Concord Group Insurance is seeking a Claims Division Supervisor to oversee activities within an assigned area, working independently and through associates. You will supervise staff, train and develop personnel, and ensure procedures meet company standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret insurance policies and legal documents. Licensing and driving requirements may apply depending on duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to read, interpret, and react to insurance policies, procedures, and legal documents.
• Ability to supervise and develop associates and conduct performance appraisals.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities within an assigned Claims Division area.
• Provide training and development for associates; conduct performance appraisals.
• Review progress toward objectives and suggest improvements.
• Ensure procedures are followed and manage documentation and correspondence.
• Drive appropriate driving responsibilities for fleet assignments if applicable.
• Obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses.
