Role Overview

The Auto Claim Bodily Injury Supervisor will provide leadership and oversight to a team of auto claims professionals handling liability and bodily injury exposures. This individual will guide claim strategy, ensure regulatory compliance, elevate claim quality, and foster a culture of customer service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of auto adjusters, providing direction on investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and overall claim handling strategy
• Review and approve settlement recommendations and guide complex liability and bodily injury claim decisions
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, internal guidelines, and industry best practices
• Monitor and manage performance metrics including cycle time, severity, quality audit results, and customer satisfaction
• Provide advanced technical expertise on liability analysis, injury valuation, and negotiation strategy
• Identify training needs and deliver ongoing mentorship and professional development
• Collaborate with internal partners including Legal, SIU, Subrogation, and Medical Management teams
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism, urgency, and resolution focus
