CRC Group seeks a Claims Senior Supervisor to oversee daily claims operations and a skilled team of adjusters. You will ensure adherence to company guidelines, regulations, and service standards while managing complex, high-severity claims across multiple lines of business.

In this role, you’ll provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship, monitor workflows, and drive strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. A strong leadership track record is essential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of claims handling experience.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead a team of claims adjusters and specialists, ensuring objectives and quality standards are met.
• Review and approve coverage analyses within delegated authority and escalate as necessary.
• Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
• Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and resolve escalated issues to maintain SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies for all claims activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
• Analyze claims data to identify trends, manage risk, and suggest strategic initiatives.
• Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to workforce planning.
