Job summary

CRC Group seeks a Claims Senior Supervisor to oversee daily claims operations and a skilled team of adjusters. You will ensure adherence to company guidelines, regulations, and service standards while managing complex, high-severity claims across multiple lines of business.

In this role, you’ll provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship, monitor workflows, and drive strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. A strong leadership track record is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field.
5+ years of claims handling experience.
2+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.

Responsibilities

Supervise and lead a team of claims adjusters and specialists, ensuring objectives and quality standards are met.
Review and approve coverage analyses within delegated authority and escalate as necessary.
Provide technical guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members.
Monitor workflow, allocate resources, and resolve escalated issues to maintain SLAs.
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies for all claims activities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and implement best practices.
Analyze claims data to identify trends, manage risk, and suggest strategic initiatives.
Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to workforce planning.
