Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and ongoing professional development participation.
• Ability to read and interpret insurance policies, manuals, and legal documents.

• Ability to organize, delegate, and independently manage work.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate activities within an assigned Claims Division area.
• Assist management by supervising office/department activities.
• Train and develop associates and conduct performance appraisals.
• Plan, assign, and direct work to meet Company objectives.
• Ensure associates meet service expectations and resolve problems.
• Interview candidates to fill open positions.
• Update management on progress and issues.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security.
• Maintain professional image and attendance.
