• Educates customers about documentation, time frames, payment information, and claim status via multiple channels.
• Documents call details concisely in the claims management system.
• Enters verbal and written application information meeting internal and external requirements.
• Assigns new claims to the appropriate claims handler and escalates when needed.
• Maintains attendance during scheduled work hours.
