Sedgwick in Dublin, OH is seeking an enthusiastic Disability Representative to process claims and determine benefits under disability plans. You'll support workers and SSDI payments, with a focus on accurate, timely processing in a hybrid in-office and virtual environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong oral and written communication; computer literate including Microsoft Office.
• Typing proficiency required.
• Clerical or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with Windows environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Makes claim determinations and may deny non-complex claims based on the disability plan.
• Determines benefits due, makes timely payments and adjustments for disability offsets.
• Informs claimants of required documentation, time frames, payment information and claims status.
