Job summary

Travelers is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its claims department in Massachusetts. You will engage customers, answer questions on claim status and payments, and support documentation and file handling to help resolve claims promptly.

Under supervision, you will process financial transactions, manage information, and coordinate with multi-department teams. This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and professional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of service-related work experience OR Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and basic software applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and address questions and concerns in the claim department.
• Triage calls and route to the appropriate department.
• Answer claim status and payment questions.
• Document claim files with notes and diaries using the claims system.
• Process and review incoming mail, scans and uploads, and manage records.
