• Provide strategic direction on coverage, damages, allocation, litigation management and settlement strategies.
• Coach and develop staff to enable high-quality claim outcomes and exceptional service.
• Monitor performance, reserving accuracy, and key metrics, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with legal, actuarial, underwriting and external counsel to manage high-severity exposures.
